Additive Manufacturing in reinforced polymers and metal
Fibre-Reinforced Solutions
High performance polymeric solutions combined with continuous fiber during the printing process, we offer an alternative to traditional metal and polymer solutions (Zamak, Al, Laton, ABS, PDA, PP).
The combination of DFAM design strategies and methodologies of our engineering team together with our ME and PBF machines of Markforged - X7, FX20 - and HP (MJF) / Stratasys (SAF), we obtain / guarantee / achieve / achieve high precision products (x > 0.03 mm).
Heavy-Duty Metal Solutions
The combination of the current forming metal processing industry and additive manufacturing has led to the development of the (name of the invention, + Copy right) as the first monobloc punch for cold forming of metal tubes entirely designed and manufactured using PBFM / SLM technology. Reaching hardness greater than 50 HRC and integrated lubrication and metal waste cleaning systems.
From ADDiVAL we specialize in metal solutions of martensitic steel / high strength – M300, C310 - and stainless steel – 316 L, 17 -4 PH - and tooling steel - H300-, for low and medium production thanks to our RenAM500Q equipment.
High-Conductive Metal Solutions
Development and manufacture of high thermal and electrical conductivity metal products – Copper, Aluminium-, improving induction welding processes, ensuring the position and distance between pieces to perform continuous joining processes – brazing -.
Incorporating these designs in devices for discharging and charging electric batteries, developing safer connection terminals, thanks to our ME and Binder Jetting systems from Markforged – Metal X and PX 100.
